At YorkieHouse in Cleveland, Tennessee, our purebred Yorkshire Terriers enjoy a beautiful, clean, and comfortable environment designed with their happiness, health, and safety in mind. Our adult Yorkies have a home of their own, complete with climate-controlled kennels, spacious outdoor play areas, and dedicated grooming facilities. Our nursery provides a warm, peaceful setting where expectant mothers receive special care and newborn Yorkie puppies are closely monitored around the clock. Both our nursery and kennel are equipped with 24/7 camera monitoring and supported by a Generac backup generator to maintain comfort and safety during power outages. Every detail reflects our commitment to providing exceptional care for our Yorkies and their puppies.

Welcome to Our Nursery

  • Expectant mothers are brought into our nursery seven days before their expected due date to begin preparing for delivery.
  • The nursery provides a quiet, comfortable nesting space where each mother can settle in and relax before her puppies arrive.
  • Our mothers receive vitamins and supportive care as they prepare for delivery and nursing.

Welcoming Our Puppies

  • Heating pads are prepared to provide a warm, comfortable environment for our newborn puppies.
  • Once the puppies arrive, they are monitored 24/7 by camera.
  • I personally check on the puppies every hour, day and night.
  • If a litter requires supplemental feeding, the puppies are fed every three hours, around the clock.
  • A dedicated grooming station is located right inside our nursery, allowing us to provide routine grooming and care without having to move the puppies from their comfortable environment.

Our Adult Yorkies Have a Home of Their Own

  • The kennel is fully heated and air-conditioned, keeping our Yorkies cozy and warm in the winter and cool and comfortable throughout the summer.
  • Our Yorkies enjoy a large, beautiful yard where they can run, explore, and play, with outdoor time planned around safe weather conditions.
