Can I visit YorkieHouse before choosing a puppy?
The health and safety of our puppies are always our top priorities. To protect their developing immune systems and minimize exposure to illness, we limit visits to our facility. However, once a puppy is at least 7 weeks old, arrangements can be made to meet your potential new companion. All visits and puppy pickups take place in a designated area to help ensure the health and safety of all our dogs and puppies. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain a safe, healthy environment for every Yorkie in our care.
How are your Yorkie puppies raised?
At YorkieHouse, our puppies are raised in a loving, comfortable, home-like environment where they receive plenty of attention, affection, and daily care. We believe a happy, healthy start is the foundation for a lifetime of companionship. Every puppy is surrounded by love from the very beginning.

What are your Yorkie puppy prices?
Our Yorkie puppy prices vary based on gender, estimated adult size, and coloring. Each puppy is unique, and their individual price is clearly listed on our website. We invite you to browse our available puppies to find the perfect little companion for your family.
How big will my Yorkie puppy get?
While we can provide an estimated adult weight based on the puppy's parents and growth, every puppy develops differently. Adult size cannot be guaranteed.
Can I request a specific color or gender?
We understand that families may have preferences when choosing their Yorkie. While colors and genders depend on each litter, we're happy to discuss your preferences and help you find a puppy that's right for you.
Do your puppies come with a health guarantee?
Yes! Every YorkieHouse puppy comes with a one-year health guarantee. We're happy to explain the details and answer any questions before you reserve your puppy.
Is a deposit required to reserve a puppy?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your chosen puppy. Once your deposit is received, tyour chosen puppy will be reserved for you. Please contact us for details about the reservation process.
Will my puppy receive veterinary care before going home?
Yes. Each puppy receives a veterinary examination and an individual veterinary report. You'll receive a copy of the report to review and keep.
Will my puppy have vaccinations and deworming?
Yes. Our puppies receive age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming before leaving for their new homes.
When can my Yorkie puppy come home?
Our puppies typically join their new families between 8 and 12 weeks of age, depending on their individual growth, maturity, and readiness. Each puppy's well-being comes first.
What comes home with my puppy?
Every YorkieHouse puppy goes home with a special welcome bag and their veterinary records. We want you to feel confident and prepared as you welcome your new little companion into your family.
